Absolutely! Our bowls are nutritionally balanced with protein-rich ingredients, fresh vegetables, and wholesome grains. Each bowl lists protein content and all ingredients.

Is there a minimum order amount for free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over $30. Orders under this amount have a $3 delivery fee.

What areas does Grain & Greens deliver to?

We deliver throughout the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill. Enter your address on our website to check if we deliver to your location.

How much protein is in Grain & Greens bowls?

Our bowls contain 19-29 grams of protein per serving. For example, the Mediterranean Magic Bowl has 29g protein, the Edamame Energy Bowl has 28g, and the Zen Quinoa Bowl has 20g. All protein content is clearly displayed on each bowl.

Can I customize my Grain & Greens bowl?

Yes! You can choose from several dressing options including Sesame Ginger, Lemon Herb, Cilantro Lime, Hot Sauce, and Pesto. Dressing calories are shown so you can make informed choices. You can also select 'No Dressing' if preferred.

What are the pickup hours at Grain & Greens?

Store pickup is available on weekdays at our location: 50 Airview Road, Unit 17, Etobicoke, ON M9W 4P2. We're open Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Pickup is always free!

Does Grain & Greens offer vegan options?

Yes! Our Edamame Energy Bowl is completely vegan, featuring edamame, seasoned tofu, mixed greens, and fresh vegetables. Several other bowls can be made vegan by selecting appropriate dressing options. We also offer vegetarian and gluten-free choices.
